Items that don’t require customization and design elements, like custom tug toys or made-to-order snuffle mats, may ship sooner than our quoted timeframe.
Orders containing only ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days.
Lead Time refers to how long it takes to prepare your product for shipment. Since orders with multiple items ship together, the lead time will default to the item with the longest design time. To receive items with shorter lead times sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

For customers looking to get their items sooner, we offer different rush tiers. Rush tier time and cost are calculated based on individual products and production feasibility. Because carts with multiple items ship together, the rush tier selected on checkout will be applied to all items in your cart. The lead time of your order will default to the latest date of all items in your cart. If any items in your order do not require rush options, we recommend placing separate orders.
