Our hand braided leashes may stretch and wear with use - that's normal, and your leash was built to last! They have undergone vigorous testing with the most intense tugging and pulling dogs, but please know your own dog's strength and capabilities.
Please check your leash periodically for any damage caused by your dog's tugging, as punctures and tears to the fleece will compromise the strength of the leash, and proceed with caution if teeth have caused punctures in material.
To Clean: Leashes can be either hand washed or laundered in a mesh garment bag on a cold, gentle wash cycle. To preserve your hardware, we recommend line drying your leash.

Our Snuffle Mats are designed to stimulate your dog's natural foraging instincts, providing mental enrichment and entertainment. To ensure safe use, always supervise snuffle mat play to prevent ingestion of non-food items. Regularly inspect the mat for wear and tear to avoid any potential choking hazards.
When play time is over, please remove toy from dog's reach.
To Clean: Regularly shake off excess food debris from your snuffle mat. Periodically wash your snuffle mat in cold water with a mild, pet-safe detergent, rinsing thoroughly. Hang in a well-ventilated area (ideally outside on a sunny day) to air dry. Not allowing the mat to dry completely before storing can result in mold and mildew buildup.
Our tags are handmade with BPA- and VOC-free resin. Resin tags are not indestructible but are built to last with proper care.
To Clean: Tags can be cleaned with mild soap & water or wiped with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. Colors can fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
