Because items are customized and created on demand, we do not accept returns. However, if you have a problem with your product, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can solve any issues.

Crate Tags are handmade with BPA- and VOC-free resin. Custom tag bases are made to order using a variety of pigments and inks. Thickness of tags vary, but are generally between 1/3" and 1/2" thick.
Tag text is added using adhesive vinyl and sealed with resin. All edges are sanded smooth for easy handling. Holes may be drilled in your tag for easy attachment using zip ties. Tags can also be affixed to solid materials using Command Strips.

- Describe your idea for the base (background) of your custom crate tag. Include your ideal colors and patterns, referencing any previously made tags if desired. Include preferences on embellishments, such as glitter.

- The text displayed most prominently on your tag.
- Font
- The font in which your primary text will be written. If you don't see a font you like or have a special request, contact us.
- Color
- The color in which your text will be written. Text color options can be seen on our vinyl ordering guide.
Optional upgrades
- Shadow Layer
- Add a shadow layer under your primary text. Shadow layers can be done in any vinyl color.
- Shadow layers are only added to primary text. They are not added to any additional lines or small text.
- Second Line
- Add any additional text to your tag. Secondary Text is added in the same color as your primary text unless otherwise specified.
